1.     What is the waterproof rating of the escooter and battery?

           IP56 for the scooter,IPX7 for the battery.

2.    Is the T3S seat detachable?

          Yes.You can remove it.And It's foldable.

3.     Is it possible to change the speed limit on a scooter?

          We can lift the speed limit, the maximum speed is 30km/h.

4.     What is the MOQ?

          For standard T3S scooter,no MOQ.

5.     Can you customize the color and logo decal for the frame?

          For bulk order,we can paint the pole with your color/logo decals for you.MOQ is 100pcs.

6.     Can you customize the footmats on the deck?

    Yes.MOQ is 300pcs footmats.If you order 100pcs scooters and want to customize the footmats,for the cost of 100pcs footmats,we will pay,but you need to buy the extra 200pcs footmats.

7.     How many riding modes does T3S scooter has?

         T3 scooter has three riding model L1,L2,L3. L1(Low-speed mode); L2(Middle-speed mode); L3(High-speed mode).

8.     How long does it take your factory to produce 1000 scooters?

          For 1000pcs,the lead time is 45-50days. For 300cps or 500pcs,the lead time is about 35-40days.

9.     What is your payment terms?

          We usually accept T/T as the main payment terms.For sample,100%T/T;for bulk

order,50% T/T as down payment,50% T/T before shipment.
